Nine I can think of . Oh hang in company car BMW

Cons

Poorly run dealership, poor motivation, high turnover of staff ( we saw one newbie start on a Monday and left by the Friday!) no induction process at the dealership, tons of processes from head office made to work like robots.

Company car. Not really much else to say. Everything else is negative really. Quickest turnover of staff in any car selling company!

Cons

Hours, management, pay, . Don't really get much help from management. Don't get proper training when you start the job. Just get chucked into the deep end and hope for the best
