Backward Management, long hours and toxic office politics if your face fits

The individuals during my time at tge were pleasant enough as well as free parking-Thats all I can think of.

Cons

I worked for Pendragon for couple of years at the beginning was great and once had a great team morale. Seen faces come and go. However this year was the hardest. The long hours, constant changes in processes (lack of clear communication), high turnover of staff and the toxicity of the (if your face fits) office politics took its toll on me and others.

Terrible management, unnecessary long hours

Pros

- individuals are nice & friendly - free parking

Cons

- poor management skills - unrealistic expectations -unnecessarily long hours/ late finish - managers gossiping about each other behind everyone's back (two faced) - you have to agree with management to progress otherwise you will probably be let off.

Great potential but often poorly run

Pros

Company car. Worked with a brilliant and good fun mix of people at a local level.

Cons

Very long hours - often 60 plus a week, often with an expectation to pop in on days off as well Could be heavily micromanaged. The atmosphere could become incredibly heavy and negative when things weren't going well which only makes them go worse Staff turnover in sales is rapid due to cut throat nature of the business
