Pros

- Worked with some fantastic colleagues - Gained invaluable experience in sales - Selling a car is a very rewarding experience and something to be proud of

Cons

- First day and you are just dumped in a dealer and left to work everything out for yourself -Not a real graduate scheme - no support in helping to progress - No monthly reviews like mentioned to look at what can be improved - Achievements don't get recognised but mistakes are made very loud and clear.

- Friendly environment to work in - Always opportunities to explore other areas in the department

Cons

- Salary packages aren't competitive. Was told when offered the role that yearly reviews are held to increase salary. This isn't the case. - Processes need to be looked at internally and management need to listen and realistically look at workload before setting targets.

Work life balance. Exciting place to work at. Relaxed atmosphere. Peer support good. Don't mind waking up everyday and going to work ;)

Cons

Salaries Lower end of scale. Won't get recognized.
