We have taken your comments on board and our Graduate Programme is changing - we will soon be providing more touchpoints and training along the programme, whilst working to more defined timescales to help our Graduates achieve leadership positions. We are also more transparent with the hours and hard work required to achieve success. Our Graduates team is on hand for further advice!
