      Pros

      Fun very young environment. Lots of parties if you are up to it and people are cool. International environment.

      Cons

      Promotions are very rare. You may gain responsibility but very rarely will you get paid more. You are expected to work long hours and weekends without any additional compensation.

      Pros

      Unique environment to lead and learn from your own decisions. Its an entrepreneurial setting with the challenges of a medium-sized company. Its a great place to learn to manage the complexitiy that comes from a growing business and growing organization.

      Cons

      It is not the place for the people seeking to learn best practices from a mature business

      Pros

      Very glad I joined Linio earlier this year. Great combination of a huge and fast growing business (first-mover B2C market place in the region) and start-up mentality with sufficient freedom to define local strategy and executute on it. Plus the benefits of a young/dynamic team, happy hours etc. High performing talents have been growing very fast in Linio

      Cons

      Quite demanding, not always optimal work-life balance. However, I´ve experienced similar before and it tends to improve over time...
