      Pros

      You can learn really good hands-on experience. Everything is brand new since day one and you will learn a lot along the way. To work with different people from different region will help you learn to understand.Besides, you will get to work with a bunch of smart people.Everybody is working hard and trying their best to deliver the goods.

      Cons

      Time difference is a problem, especially for someone who's working far away from headquarters.Communication across different department is not very efficient.

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to join this company back in 2012 first in customer service and then in pricing pioneering both aread, it's all about entrepreneurship, being your own boss and have a good attitude. I learnt a lot.

      Cons

      Organizational structure is not clear. You don't have enough guide and support from your supervisors.
