Pros

You can learn really good hands-on experience. Everything is brand new since day one and you will learn a lot along the way. To work with different people from different region will help you learn to understand.Besides, you will get to work with a bunch of smart people.Everybody is working hard and trying their best to deliver the goods.

Cons

Time difference is a problem, especially for someone who's working far away from headquarters.Communication across different department is not very efficient.

compensation is not bad if you just graduated, can do home office, very casual/informal

Cons

you have no contract, work many hours, no opportunity to grow, no one lasts more than a year, high rotation
