      Pros

      The only motivation to stay there is just the payment. Nothing else Beyond that. Relaxed Dress code and that is all.

      Cons

      Very high Level of turnover, where very junior people stays for few months in a learn-and-leave basis. Work facilities tend to be poor. Zero Professional growth or career path.

      Great opportunity to learn and to step into a larger role then you thought you were ready for. Also quite flexible and casual and the company encourages you to work on your terms.

      The company lacks stability with too many changes in teams and organization.
