Pros

You get to experience the lively atmosphere at games and special events, often with the chance to experience some of the excitement first hand. Competitive hourly salary. Ideal for a weekend/on-the-side job.

Cons

Much fewer hours in the off-season, irregular work schedule, shifts often run well into the night, there is very little hope for career growth, and too many events are regarded as mandatory.

Good management, opportunity to work beyond football season, chance to meet and develop relationships with a lot of people (co-workers and guests).

Cons

Little to no chance of full-time employment. No benefits other than occasional Team Store discounts.
