You get to experience and be a part of concerts, football games, and more. The pay is decent for part time work and it can be exciting.

Cons

All the large events are mandatory no matter what. You work a lot of long days that are over 8 hours. You don't have any say where you are assigned to and some of the guest service jobs are better then others.
