We're pleased to hear that you value both our pension offering and the strength of our engineering team.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding communication from senior leaders. Open and transparent communication is important to us, and we are continually looking for ways to keep employees informed and engaged. In the Cyber division, for example, we hold regular fortnightly update sessions to share business updates and provide opportunities for questions and discussion. However, we recognise there is always more we can do, and feedback such as yours helps us continue to improve.
