Pros

The people are friendly and helpful, the team working evironment is very good. The work is interesting and challenging. The benefits package is good.

Cons

The pay isn't great, there's no reward for hard work - you don't get bonuses or pay rises. The office closing and being made redundant.

Pros

Clean, nice building. Appearance of money and prestige....that's about it

Cons

I was hired by contract through a staffing agency. The pay was average for the position. I got the job immediately without even interviewing really. Either my resume was the best they've ever seen or this position has high turnover. First of all, the facility looks great but once you get to know the work culture there, it's cutthroat and the people there are completely souless. I'm not exaggerating one bit. The supply chain did not work at all. They were spending so much money it's amazing they are in business. Also they don't know how to work SAP. The VP quit a month into my contract (btw, the work culture is highly fear based so there is zero comradery and subordinates are treated like dirt...especially by this guy.) it seemed the company was about to implode...big surprise. My direct manager was so disrespectful to everyone and he was fired after my contract "ended.". I saw him at a flea market months later and then at a house sale a year after that buying leftovers from my evicted tenant. Basically this company is crap wrapped in gold foil. There was one hard worker there though and I have to give him credit...FR was a great guy and company asset. The supply chain would have crumbled without him. Agusta Westland is a horrible display of a corporation running wild by itself on fear based worker fuel and lazy, greedy hypocrite management not making any intelligent decisions. Do not work there...please I don't know you but I care about you enough to write this warning.

Pros

The staff are very friendly and they will help you cope with an Organisation that is going down.

Cons

Only Money matter these days, especially at the expense of employees. Management do not care about their employees, are very happy to see them leave and would even hold the door open for them. Current Italian Senior Management have no emotional intelligence or understanding of the Australian market place. Promises, while being made, are almost never kept. Opportunity for advancement is incredibly rare if you are not Italian. Opportunity for growth is incredibly rare. No freedom of expression especially regarding the decisions of Senior Management otherwise you will be forced to leave with or without a payout.
