The pay is very good. Health Benefits could be better but who isn't paying more for less these days. Time off 12 holidays per year, 40 sick hours, I'm up to 3 weeks vacation which might be a con since I have so much work I rarely can take vacation. But I have work, continued workload = continued lifestyle. Been promoted more than one time since starting here. Not perfect, but generally good

if you like flying things this is a great company to enter the aerospace & defence industry. It's very big, part of the italian industrial group Finmeccanica, which employs more than 70.000 people. There are opportunities to make experience in different areas and for lots of travelling if you are in sales, marketing, support or training. Most of the people are engineers, so if you come from a background different from engineering or business, you won't have much chances either to get a job or to change function when in.
