Great company with its sights set on the horizon
Pros
Selex is a smaller company, so individuals who are team-oriented really get an opportunity to shine and be rewarded for their efforts. Promotion from within is fantastic, and there are always opportunities to move around the company. The culture has shifted since I began working here and the atmosphere has become more friendly and laid back in the best way possible. The work-life balance certainly depends on the position and department in question, but for the most part, people seem to really enjoy working here. Recent management changes have really made the future exciting for this already promising company and I will definitely be sticking around for the foreseeable future.
Cons
Like any company, there are some people who are more difficult to work with than others. This can and does lead to some aggravating situations, but this is certainly a minor con of working here.
