Thanks for your comments. We recognise there is always more that can be done to drive a more balanced, diverse workforce and we are already working to address this – we have six Network Groups including Gender Balance and Ethnicity Inclusion to support us in getting to where we want to be, in attracting and developing people from diverse backgrounds. More information on what we are doing is available on our Glassdoor profile, our UK website and our intranet pages where all our colleagues can find out more about how to get involved.

Pros

There were some nice people who worked there. I learned a lot about employment red flags.

Cons

Pretty typical corporate hell situation. Management was terrible, and has since been almost completely replaced. Mind-numbingly boring work. Little to no room for advancement. Underpaid for the skill level required. Terrible, sterile strip mall environment in the suburbs. No company culture. Awful cube farm. Combined sick and vacation leave at 10 days that you are forced to use with little notice during production shut downs. One of the worst HR departments I've worked with. Pretty poor treatment and labor standards for the people who clock in and work hourly, probably so the salaried people can pretend they're getting better treatment.
