Pros
Good facilities, smart buildings and flexi time a good focus on Training and development (you need to drive this but that's how it should be!) Generally a people focused organisation
Cons
The company strategy for the next 2-5 years is not clear. The high level (exec) management are not engaged. In the current climate (and probably well before now) direction needed to be set and hard decisions made to guarantee the future. Enthusiasm, engagement and commitment seem to be lacking at the highest levels.
