Pros

Pay is actually pretty good. CFO is a GREAT guy to work for, but other than that, stay away. Very high history of employee turnover. Many former employees have taken pay cuts or just quit in order to extract themselves from the environment.

Cons

There is NO work life balance or professional development opportunity. Demoralizing atmosphere. Management, (most of them) Constantly working under the threat of termination.
