Multinational Company which allows transfer between site to change position, not usually between country except at higher management positions which can have multinational responsibilities.

Cons

Poor pay and conditions, 25% under the market rate across the board. no new staff recruitment because of poor pay leading to very high workloads for current staff. Includes subsidiary's like Selex UK, Agusta Westlands. I have Never seen the Italian management since they took over 6 years ago.

Absolute chaos. The Management is useless in every perfect way. The defense people involved in it are making it a navy camp.Pathetic.

Great people to work with and great benefits. Some travel and you get to work with helicopters.

Cons

Almost non existent raises or bonuses. And now the company is starting to care more about hours than how well you work.
