Business Outlook
Pros
They recognise people who go the extra mile and put in the hours. The engineers are generally great people to work with. There's a great atmosphere. Engineers see the bigger picture and understand the relevance of their work
Cons
IT is a mess. Servers and PCs regularly going down (about once a week!) Don't seem to have any budget or desire for trying new technologies and promotion is only possible if you change your job-title. Clearly a lot of employees are comfortable here, but very little room for career progression due to the above reasons.
