Pros

There is a variety of systems work allowing an engineer to gain experience and work with software engineers, firmware and hardware etc

Cons

Lack of organisation and many poor quality employees throughout the organisation leading to over worked individuals who are good. At the moment there is a serious imbalance.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere, not too stressful, very supportive if distance senior management. Left to get on with your job with minimal interference.

Cons

Recent shift towards micromanagement. Small company with little to no career progression. Not a place to stay if you have drive and ambition
