      Large industrial Group, activities are often "fractioned" among large groups of people, responsibilities shared by majorities and decisions hard to be taken.

      Pros

      Professional working environment that includes a cooperative team working culture within & across departments and disciplines. Flexi hours. Beautiful location Good training & experience for graduates.

      Cons

      Promotion to higher grades to reflect increased responsibility taken on, HR make this difficult if not impossible. Its apparently better to allow experienced effective members of a section move to another job & be replaced by inexperienced and cheaper! Absentee Italian managers, difficult to contact & get responses. If a UK manager retires or leaves, it often seams like an Italian based manager takes his/her place. The pressure of work is increasing as staff retire & are either not replaced or replaced with trainee's.. Pay levels do not compare well with other aerospace companies. Old technology still being employed, Catia V4 still used, V5 slowly being intoduced!!!

      Excellent working environment. Working conditions second to none. Competitive Salaries with Good Job Framework. Progressive training and transferable Skillsets.

      Cons

      Large number of employees, easy to get lost in the noise. Easier to progress if you are working on a high profile Project.
