international environment interesting projects job security a lot of highly skilled professionals

Cons

role/salary growth opportunities are influenced by "connections" rather than actual performance and competences poorly maintained infrastructures and facilities no long term vision and planning culture - constant firefighting lack of a competitive and innovative spirit

Good people who work as a team. Innovative and interesting products and projects. Opportunities to travel and work with other locations.

Cons

The pay is perhaps not as good as other similar local employers but the benefits are good overall. Generally, there are not a lot of negatives.
