Good salary with a better than average pension scheme. Good working conditions including flexi time and yearly health checks. An interesting product with manufacturing links in Europe

Cons

Poor management chain with little direction. Poor HR department that do not seem to invest in the employees. Split between NPC and PC staff groups causing disparity between pay. Strong union divide
