Pros

You have the option of working from home and you are eligible for RDO's

Cons

The is the most toxic environment I have ever worked in to date. The Executive team push the blame on their more junior staff when they are the ones that should be held accountable for all the mess and systems that DO NOT WORK! In addition the turnover of staff within this company is beyond a joke they have mentioned they are working to keep current staff however I am yet to see any action across the business. There is absolutely no support from management they will hang you out to dry if it means saving themselves. HR are a joke in this company you are just a number there is no respect. There are no options for development or progress unless you are in the click.

Pros

Work from home on Monday and Friday. Even though I wonder how much actual work is being done on those days

Cons

Disengaged management, command-and-control style management, manage by numbers. Only interested in stock price. No interest in employees. 1960s managers with old style mindsets. Company has lost many contracts due to bad management and disengaged employees. No future with this company

Pros

When it was still SAIC, and still an "employee owned company", it was amazing. The benefits were great, the employees were more about being a "team". It taught me a lot, the corporate environment, professionalism, and what a work family was like.

Cons

When the company went public (before the split) the downward spiral started. Layoffs became a normal occurance. The split to two companies (SAIC and Leidos), only exasperated that. More focus on micromanagement, constant realignments. I get that organizations need this, but it became too frequent. When my department was laid off, I looked elsewhere for work. I was exhausted from the continuous change. Change is good, but not as often as it happened there.
