      Flexibility; Great teammates; Able to receive training; Office location

      Cons

      Implementation of mandatory PTO usage shows the company only cares about shareholders. We will remember how you treated us when the crisis is over and make employment choices accordingly. Also benefits are terrible here.

      Telecommuting is the only item I can think of that I like about this job

      Salary depends if Male/Female. Benefits continue to get more expense and less coverage each year. Cannot advance career. Promises continue to get broken.

      -Benefits (401k, dental, PTO) -Work Life balance/Work pace -Highly intelligent coworkers -Good network of senior level folks to reach out to

      -Too much politics -Raises are kept at a minimum -Difficult to really advance unless you go out of your way to get a title change/promotion -Easily can be stagnant and stuck at a position for years -No clear career path management -Too many levels of abstraction from upper management to lower level folks
