Very Good company to work for and have always been treated fair.

Cons

Since splitting from SAIC there have been continuous reorganizations trying to find a good operating structure and division of work. The continuous change without clear results can be a little frustrating.

Some employment especially with government contracts can be tentative but satisfying. Manager dependent as far as development but company is working.
