      Pros

      The starting pay for entry level jobs is decent. The company offers health, retirement, and tuition assistance benefits. The majority of positions are Monday through Friday.

      Cons

      Feedback from management is virtually non-existent. The annual performance review is the only type of feedback most employees will receive, which makes it difficult to ensure a good level of service to the clients.
