      Great people to work with Comfortable working conditions Clean environment

      Cons

      Management in TN does not know how to manage people (bosses, not leaders) Insurance is very high, even though it has gotten a little better Management uses blame to cover for their own shortcomings

      Pros

      The pay and benefits were average.

      Cons

      They are the coldest, cruelest people you will ever work for. They think the employees are scum, and even talk about them right in front of everyone in French. They hate Americans, and always find an American to blame when something goes wrong.
