Pros

The owners are very good to us and always involved. I have worked here more than two years and Denis Leclerc always goes above and beyond to address anything I need when he is in town. The company takes safety very seriously and always puts safety first and quality over quantity. Any time I have ever had a question/concern someone has always went out of their way to get me an answer or solution. The pay is above average for this area

Cons

Just like any job, there's always a few bad apples that always want to be negative and no matter what you do you can never make then happy.

Pros

Great working conditions and pay rates! The Plant Manager is very busy but always takes the time to listen to me and offers me encouragement.

Cons

Certain members of the plant leadership do not pull their weight in my opinion and seem to feed on drama.

Pros

With the exception of upper management and corporate, the employees are great. They make the daily routine enjoyable and are easy to work with in all aspects.

Cons

The Tennessee plants are managed dreadfully. Lead by a man who was removed from the position once, and then allowed back into it, the plants have continued to deteriorate in performance. Due to poor management and communication there is a general air of anger, resentment, and uncertainty in the plants. Individuals working at the levels below top and corporate leadership are expected to bend shift schedules at the whim of those above them. Additionally there is no work-life balance for salaried individuals, they are expected to work long days and continue working from home once they leave. There is minimal training effort put into new employees - most notably in positions that assist operations. These employees are just expected to learn on the fly despite little or no guidance from supervisors or corporate.
