Pros

There are many, many highly qualified, caring and dedicated people who work at the corporate headquarters and in the field. The corporate office tried very hard to provide incentives and activities to build morale. Some departments were run very well, while others were not-depending on the department head.

Cons

The company was/is owned by an investment company whose primary goal was/is to make money for the investors. Staff in the field, especially directors and regional managers were constantly asked to do more with less; specifically, generate more tuition and lower expenses.
