      Lear has a very sustainable book of business that contains some of the largest programs in the country. Similar industry compensation. Plenty of opportunities to move around.

      Cons

      Orginizational changes nearly every year. Be prepared to have a new boss and have new lines of reporting every year. Very politcal and lots of heirarchy
