Best working environment for our SW Development atmosphere. Best SW Department Manager.

HRD is not that strong and aggressive to compare with the IT industry in the region. Top Management is political as usual for corporate industry though.

The office building is nice. They have leave early on Fridays in the summer. In general they are competitive on pay

Cons

Old school management even watching the clock to see the time you get in and leave for the day. My manager had zero management skills and must have gotten the position just for the amount of time spent with the company. Yearly layoffs no matter the specific group's performance.

I worked there because I saw a career growth as well as it is a multi - national company.

Cons

I am the on call 24/7 so need now to party at night. Do not want to be called taking an alcohol in the middle of the call.
