      Pros

      Good basic salary in comparison with other sectors, variety of tasks and every day brings a different challenge.

      Cons

      No such thing as a standard working week, erratic long hours often at short or little notice. No compensation for long hours or travelling on personal time. Impossible to maintain work / life balance.

      Cons

      Organization changes prevent cultural-needed improvements to take place. Many top performers are being laid-off or leave. Overtime is positively considered by Senior Management.
