      Work culture is so bad. Its like manufacturing company. You need to work on weekends often. Less salary. Bad management.

      The pay is fantastic, and the co - workers are more or less bearable. Review for Roscommon Branch.

      Cons

      The hours. Required to work an ungodly amount of hours. You think you have the weekend off... then, BOOM, OT postings right before you clock out on Friday night.

      I would say Lear is one of the Best place to work and especially in chennai team and the manpower is excellent. Every individual is expert and having a good knowledge in the product. In finance GM is a nice person and country head costing is also great and supportive, I gained the knowledge from the team and the company. Advanced technology.

      Cons

      Top Management is not the right people and they will not understand any thing, for the finance job i would recommand not to join in the company. In a open meeting top management uses inappropriate language Treatment of the lower level and middle level Management is not good. Lots of inventory loss, No positive profits in next 4 years, No upcoming projects..
