      Poor quality and on-time delivery performance Weak upper management who try to threaten and intimidate supervisors and managers Not committed to provide a safe work environment for employees, numerous OSHA issues

      Great teamwork! Clean facility, caring upper management. Good pay.

      Management and office management are grossly under paid. We had a high turn over due to higher wages outside of Lear.
