Lear is good organization for career enhancement in initial stage of professional life. Freedom to work.Latest Technology and Infrastructure Good Employee Engagement Activites. Sports and Cultural Events Leaves are approved easily

Cons

Get stuck in same project for long Slow career development for employees. Less onsite opportunity. Fix percentage of hike in salary every year for all level of employee. Mainly Experience is consider as main factor for hire positions instead of talent.

This is a good company to work for. You don't have fun perks like at other places, but it is fun with the people you work with. The company gave me great experience and allowed me to pursue anything I was passionate in.

Cons
