      Good people to work with. Great culture some advancement opportunity. Wouldn't change much.

      Cons

      Plant life can be tough but rewarding. Promotions can be slow coming. Not sure about career pathing.

      Pros

      Half days on Fridays during the summer, good work-life balance, culture, people, and benefits. The company is making money so bonuses are paid out to employees.

      Cons

      Since Lear is a large global company, you would think advancement opportunities are prevalent, but there are no succession plans for employees, and promotional opportunities are difficult to seek out. It is common for an employee to stay in his/her current position for years without getting a promotional opportunity.

      The culture is wonderful. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Great benefits and perks. They appreciate all their employees and go above and beyond to keep everyone happy.
