      Pros

      Freshers can start their career in this company. It is a good place to learn and earn. But don't count on working on the cutting edge of technology. This is more of a manufacturing company which does not care for technology. The technological advances this company embraces is from the stone age. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Nothing great about technology in this place. You'd get to work on stone age technologies here. Don't expect good career growth, you'd get stuck in one level for a few years and even after that there is no guarantee that you'd grow.

      Pros

      Nice to work when you are still young to gain experience from the company. It's not bad to start your career after you will graduate from University or College.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive. It's not worth to stay longer because the salary is lower compare to other companies in Cebu City. I would recommend to stay at least 2 years then I think its better to move around to have better opportunity because there's a lot of politics that control by the top management.

      Some people who you manage are great to work for. Pay is ok

      Cons

      Long and I mean long hours. Upper management are very difficult to work with. HR does not support. Warehouse is too full and everyone works independently Always pointing fingers at one another
