Pros

I made some good friends and will be sad to leave them behind. The dream and reality are 2 very different things

Cons

Not ever knowing in advance my rota. Rota constantly Changing without being told, appalling amount of work expected for the minimum wage. You have to push constantly to get customers to open the credit card which is uncomfortable for everyone involved. Substandard quality. Staff discount seems good until customers quite often get the same. No appreciation from senior management. Too much pressure

Cons

Extremely unreachable targets throughout the business. No support system. Management's attitude to concerns. Management's ability to place blame anywhere but towards them, offering no help along the way Misleading in interview on job role and responsibilities. Awful Pay!!
