Pros

Laura Ashley will hire and promote ANYONE.

Cons

We have an incompetent manager who cannot do the job. All “managerial” tasks are delegated to everyone - including those on an 8 hour contract working for minimum wage - tasks include evaluation of health and safety procedures, wages, sending emails, and more. A full time sales leader only earns £117 more IN AN ENTIRE YEAR than a full time sales advisor. Shifts change without notice or being asked - you may be phoned up on the day and be told your shift is not needed or you are being forced to work extra without negotiation. Health issues and requirements are ignored.
