Bad management. No team spirit and very low pay. Too much emphasis on getting credit cards refer than sales and service. You are regularly taken into the office and threatened o lose your job if you don't meet credit card targets

Staff discount is the only thing.

Cons

Extremely poor pay, staff turnover huge due to this. Low morale due to staff being put under so much stress and pressure. Staff cuts so not enough staff to even serve customers.
