Surprising Things you didn't know about The Company!

Great product, Great fellow workers, and you get a uniform allowance and discount.

Cons

Staffing not good! Not enough hours for staff to give a better staff to customer ratio. Discounting system too complicated. Targets glossed over but card targets all important. Not enough support for staff.

Fairly good pay Staff discount Colleagues made my experience so much better and this made me stay in my job longer than I would have otherwise.

Cons

No help from head office Customer service going against policies in place Unrealistic targets to meet Head office seem more interested in selling the MasterCard than serving customers and staff providing good service.
