Pros

The company has great heritage

Cons

Awful management team / ownership- cost cutting at every turn. Poor HR policies including no sick pay for initial period of sickness, staff cannot be re-employed. Flexible working not allowed, management like to check when staff sign in and even walk the office on days like christmas eve to check no one has left early. Salaries also very poor.

Pros

all freshers get experience here

Cons

Employees are selected all fresh and sense of fear is installed for demigods status senior management. HR is paralytic and is there only because they are getting the new people in all time .people come and go so quickly because all freshers are there for is to get experience once they find a escape opportunity they leave with sigh of relief that they are out. Some senior people stick there because they know that once they are out of there no one will hire them in market .
