      Pros

      Discount was good and had the opportunity for over time Was able to do a training course with First 4 Skills which came to me through LA

      Cons

      My store management wasn't much good, didn't help out a lot when i wanted a bit more support for training Lots to learn, especially home . Pay was absolute rubbish when i started. It began at £3.75 and when i was 18 went to £6.50 . You can do a lot better else where. Clothing to choose from with uniform isn't much good. Some of the collections are so old fashion !!

      Nice people, hours are good so nice work life balance Location was nice and easy to get to if you live in southwest london

      No organisation Takes hours to get a decision Negative environment Pay not great Easy to get promoted but not always the right person

      Pros

      Staff were fun to work with. This helped to get through the long periods of having very few customers

      Cons

      Minimum wage, lots of hurtful gossip and rumours (management included), a culture of blame passed down by management, no training (I don't count two days sitting in front of a computer as training), periods of being left alone unable to move from your area (despite being new), poor communication and a lack of effective resolutions.
