Pros

In some stores nice staff members A lot of support from AM

Cons

Awful quality products Staff members can be cruel and just expect you to turn back to talk and gossip about you, especially among store managers No discount on promotions, sometimes promotions are better for customers than staff members Extremely old IT, my computer in the office still required floppy disc Company saving on everything, so do not expect any improvements Ridiculous uniform allowance, as you must wear their clothes, either pay a lot from your own money every month or live with one set as the clothes usually do not survive the first wash anyway.

Pros

Some Staff Members Discounts on hard marked sale items only

Cons

Extremely unreachable targets throughout the business. No support system. Management's attitude to concerns. Management's ability to place blame anywhere but towards them, offering no help along the way Misleading in interview on job role and responsibilities. Awful Pay!!

Pros

Majority of staff are friendly. Free coffee. Sample sales. Health cover* There aren't many more pros that I can think of. *see cons.

Cons

Very bad pay. No microwave until 2pm in cafeteria. Discount not much use if male. Discount can't be used online. Management can't communicate with each other. Management blaming everyone but themselves. Management often lie and make you look bad. Actually got told I need to take the blame for mistakes made before I even worked there. Expected to arrive up to 40 minutes early and sometimes stay late despite not getting paid overtime. Health cover only really any good if you break your back or get cancer. Building very cold.
