      Flexibility of the job and ok pay

      I don't think they value the interpreter ; they don't realize that without us this business would not exist. They say they pay the 15th and 30/31 but because they send check you always recieve it the 21st and 6th of the months. I wish pay day was a fixed day or directed deposit. Make sure you negotiate higher pay, travel expenses or miliage in the beginning because you will never get a raise no matter how long you work for them. Research the pay of your language before you accept the offer.

      we get to help others communicate! LSA is an amazing company with hard working people that are on a mission to help others communicate!

      Immature coworkers that like to complain about everything. I think a lot of the problems started when they hired young immature kids that are Bratty and get upset when they get reprimanded for not doing their job. I have worked at LSA several years and have only had a positive experience. It is a place of great opportunity if you apply yourself and actually do your job and follow the simple rules. i have made great long lasting friendships here!
