Fun job, but toxic culture and low pay

The job is fun and quick paced so time goes by fast.

Cons

Coworkers are very toxic, they will talk poorly about anyone including other employees, families or the students, and the students themselves. The pay is horrible for what you are expected to do. It is very disorganized and there isn't much structure. The teachers will rush through the curriculum for the day just to get it done so your child is most likely not going to actually be learning anything. (This is mainly for the younger classes infants-2's) Management talks down to you as if you are their child.

Great pay for a daycare setting.

Cons

Corporate and management don’t support its employees, nor do they protect them from harassment. The management creates hostile workplace environments. Management allows ratios to go over on children count.
