Fun job, but toxic culture and low pay - Anonymous employee La Petite Academy Employee Review

Coworkers are very toxic, they will talk poorly about anyone including other employees, families or the students, and the students themselves. The pay is horrible for what you are expected to do. It is very disorganized and there isn't much structure. The teachers will rush through the curriculum for the day just to get it done so your child is most likely not going to actually be learning anything. (This is mainly for the younger classes infants-2's) Management talks down to you as if you are their child.
