Pros

Cool products is about all I can say. Although I rarely see them.

Cons

Limited responsibility, little empowerment, incompetent and uncaring management at all levels. Little brand building. LVMH buys world-class brands built over decades and centuries and rapes them of their equity by maximizing financial results with absolutely minimal brand investment. The freebies and discounts on "group" products are surprisingly nonexistant.

Pros

Nice team to work with. Promotion on all Perfumes and make up (up to 80% off) of Dior/ Guerlain/ etc. at the store of employees.

Cons

Working with artists and the fashion world is not easy as they demand things and do not even care about how long it can take to do it. We had deadlines impossible to meet and they make you feel your team always fails to do things on time although they never ask for an estimation.
