Poor working environment at the Cranbury Distribution Center

Pros

Renown company with good benefits and descent salary. Bonuses and Christmas party. After a number of years employees may qualify for a pension.

Cons

The environment was very hectic with no work-life balance. Employees are not allowed to leave company during lunch break without going through security check. The logistics team at the Cranbury Distribution Center was not led properly, very poor working environment.

Great clients! Discount is stellar.

Cons

Poorly made product and more defectives than you can imagine for such a high end brand renowned for its quality and craftsmanship. Not a lot of upward mobility unless you move to another state.

Brand discount is nice, but I feel ridiculous wearing a bag that costs more than my entire outfit.

Cons

Horrible maternity leave. 6 weeks unpaid. This is a luxury brand and they can't take care of their employees in 2016?
